Do you have a brilliant idea, a sketch on a napkin, or a 3D file that's finally ready to take shape? Then you've come to the right place. With our customization program, we'll transform your design into a tangible object, fully customized and with just that touch of Novox character. Think: unique prototypes, personalized adjustments to our range, or a custom design in your favorite color.

How does it work?

  1. Submit your request – Fill out the form below and briefly describe your idea.
  2. Quotation & consultation – We will discuss feasibility together and provide you with a price estimate.
  3. Deposit & Start – After approval, we request a 35% deposit. Then we'll get started!
  4. Print & Deliver – Done? You'll receive your unique item with a generous dose of Novox character.

Important details

  • Max size per part: 25 x 25 x 25 cm
  • Only PLA (sustainable and biodegradable)
  • Not suitable for temperatures above 60-70°C
  • Not suitable for long-term outdoor use

Transparent prices:

  • €0.06/gram printing cost
  • €2.50 per started printing hour
  • €20 design fee for complex models
  • €25 for project files*
  • €2 for a render
  • €4 for an atmospheric rendering
  • +10 pieces of 1 model = 10% discount on printing costs
  • Engraving possible: +€3.50

* Not applicable to adjustments of Novox products — those remain ours 😄

FAQ
What can I expect?
  • From idea to object: Describe your idea, upload a sketch or provide us with your 3D file (STL format works best).
  • Customizable Products: Have one of our existing items tweaked—from color to size. (This does not apply to NVX Exclusive products, of course.)
  • Additional color options: We have an extensive color palette for customization. Prefer a specific color? That's also possible for an additional €20 (only if we don't have that color in stock).
  • Prototypes welcome: As long as they stay below 60°C and fit within 25 x 25 x 25 cm each, we are your printing partner.
What about Deadlines & Appointments?
  • Deadlines are agreed in advance and confirmed by email or agreement.
  • If we miss a deadline without prior notice (3 days in advance), you will either receive your deposit back or a 10% discount on the final invoice.
  • Large projects? Then we ask for the deposit and design costs upfront.
